<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject ink capable of omitting or extremely reducing cleaning of a fiber product after printing the fiber product by an ink jet method by using a disperse dye by dissolving the disperse dye in an organic solvent. SOLUTION: The subject ink comprises an organic solvent solution of a disperse dye (e.g. C.I. disperse yellow 5 and disperse red 54). An aliphatic alcohol containing fluorine such as hexafluoroisopropanol is preferably used as the organic solvent because having properties dissolving or swelling a polyester. The aliphatic alcohol containing fluorine is preferably used alone or with other organic solvents in combination. The ink preferably includes 2-10wt.% disperse dye and 2-10wt.% aliphatic alcohol containing fluorine based on the weight of the ink. When ink jet printing is performed by using the objective ink, the printing is preferably performed by regulating an extruded droplet to be 20-200pl, a sent in amount of the ink to 4-40nl/mm<2> , a driving frequency to >=l.5kHz and a head temperature to 35-60 deg.C.</p> |
