PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the circulating properties of air without slipping a refill off a refill tank by forming an air circulating hole on the top face of a cap, also forming a protruded section to be inserted into the refill tank in the vicinity of the air circulating hole, inserting the protruded section into the refill tank and deforming the protruded section therein. SOLUTION: The rear section of a refill tank 2 is disposed in the state of protruding from the rear end of a shaft main body 1, and a cap 10 of the refill tank 2 in the force fitted state is installed removably on a protruded section 9. A slit-shaped air circulating hole 12 having the width larger than the diameter of a refill to be used is formed on a top face 11 of the cap 10. Elastically deformable sections 13 and 14 having flat insides are formed in a manner of hanging down from the inside of the top face 11 while keeping the shape of the air circulating hole 12. When the cap 10 is force fitted into the refill tank 2, protruded sections 13 and 14 are deformed elastically and narrowed by the inner peripheral face of the refill tank 2. The circulating properties of air after flowing in from the air circulating hole 12 are improved by the arrangement to prevent the slipping-off of the refill. |
