PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the opening of an opening without increasing a case in thickness. SOLUTION: In this device, projected bead parts 19 and 20 are formed in the upper surface part 16 and lower surface part 17 of a case 7 vertically in the opposite directions while being laid along the car width direction. Furthermore, flanges 18a, 18b, 21a and 21b are formed out of the inner side ends in the car width direction of the upper surface part 16 and the lower surface part 17 while being projected vertically in the opposite directions, and the flanges 18a, 18b, 21a and 21b are thereby mounted to a side bracket 5. |
