DEODORIZING ANTIBACTERIAL SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a deodorizing antibacterial sheet having high flame resistance and durability and excellent also in productivity and workability. SOLUTION: An aggregated composite consisting of a photoreactive semiconductor and fine fibers is incorporated into a fibrous substrate contg. 60-80wt.% PVC fibers and 20-40wt.% natural fibers and binder fibers so that the weight ratio of the natural fibers to the binder fibers is regulated to 0.1-0.6 to obtain the objective deodorizing antibacterial sheet. The durability and flame resistance of this sheet can further be improved by incorporating a coating film forming inorg. material or an inorg. mixture of the inorg. material with aluminum hydroxide and/or magnesium hydroxide.
