PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide similar vibrating force when negative pressure is guided in as when atmospheric pressure is guided in. SOLUTION: An insulator 2 and a vibration proof mechanism 1 formed ins series to the insulator 2 are provided between an upper connection member 6 connected to a vibrator and a lower connection member 9 connected to a body. The vibration proof mechanism 1 has a main chamber 12 to fill liquid therein, a sub-chamber 16 connected to the main chamber 12 via an orifice 15, an air room 18 provided under the sub-chamber 16, a balancing room 13 provided in the main chamber 12 via the first diaphragm 11 and the third liquid chamber 124 provided between the main chamber 12 and the sub-chamber 16 to guide liquid from the main chamber 12 via a communication passage 121 with a preset capacity and formed via the second diaphragm 122 to be capacity- variable. A switching means 3 to guide negative pressure or atmospheric pressure into the balancing room 13 and a control means 5 to operate the switching means 3 are provided therein. |
