PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the slipping-out preventive and rotation stopping constitution of a pinion shaft, and reduce work and installing manhours by arranging a first engaging part in an almost central part of a first pinion shaft, and arranging second engaging parts to engage with the first pinion shaft by coinciding with the first engaging part, on the other end side of a second pinion shaft. SOLUTION: One side and other side first engaging parts are formed in a recessed spherical surface shape with prescribed roundness R in an almost central part of a first pinion shaft 12, and a spherical surface-shaped second engaging part is protrusively formed with prescribed roundness R in the same as the roundness R on the other end side of second pinion shafts 20 so as to engage with the first pinion shaft 12 by coinciding with a first engaging part 22. Therefore, when the first pinion shaft 12 is held by a differential case 2 and two second pinion shafts 20 are held by the differential case 2, second engaging parts of the second pinion shafts 20 engage with the first engaging part of the first pinion shaft 12, and attain the slipping-out prevention and a rotation stoppage of the first and the second pinion shafts 12 and 20.
