PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fowl egg capable of making a person able to easily take nutritionally and physiologically meaningful zeaxanthin by administering feed for fowls containing Spirulina alge phycobiont for more than a specified amount to the fowls and breeding them. SOLUTION: By administering the feed for the fowls containing the Spirulina (the fine helical alga of Cyanophyceae, order of Nostocaceae, family of Oscillatoriaceae and genus of Spirulina and for instance, Spirulina platensis, Spirulina maxima, Spirulina geitler and Spirulina siamese, etc.) phycobiont for more than 0.5 (weight) % to the fowls (hens, quails, turkeys, guinea fowls, pigeons, ducks and geese, etc.) and breeding them, the target fowl egg is obtained. |
