<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pretreatment method for materials to be treated for reclamation which prevents generation of a large quantity of flies by septic waste, such as left-overs, leaving of the remains scattered everywhere by stray dogs, etc., and generation, etc., of malodors in reclaimed lands, prevents the occurrence of splashing, fires, etc., of combustible waste by wind, lessens waste water load (chemical treatment, etc.), is helpful for safety, life prolongation and ground stability and successfully utilizes the waste, such as clay, clayey sludge and inorg. mud, for solid formation. SOLUTION: The materials W0 mainly composed of the waste including the septic org. matter, such as left-overs, fruits and vegetables, combustible org. matter, such as plastic, paper and wood and/or inorg. matter, such as stones and metals, to be treated for reclamation are agitated and mixed with water impermeable binders B, such as clay, clayey sludge and inorg. mud, after sorting and pulverizing in a mixer 60 and thereafter, the mixture is solidified to water impermeable solids SM by a molding machine 70.</p> |
