PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which can give a molding having excellent impact resistance by adding a curing agent comprising a plurality of organic peroxides having different half-life temperatures to an unsaturated polyester resin containing anα,β-ethylenically unsaturated polyester resin, a copolymerizable vinyl monomer and an unvulcanized elastomer. SOLUTION: 30-60wt.%α,β-ethylenically unsaturated polyester resin (e.g. hydrogenated bisphenol unsaturated polyester/isophthalic acid unsaturated polyester mixture) is mixed with 30-70wt.% copolymerizable monomer (e.g. styrene) and 3-50wt.% shrinkage lowering agent (e.g. unvulcanized styrene/butadiene rubber). 100 pts.wt. obtained unsaturated polyester resin component is mixed with 1-2 pts.wt., in total, organic peroxides such as t-amyl peroxyethylhexanoate having a 10hr half-life temperature of 50-85 deg.C and methyl ethyl ketone peroxide having a 10hr half-life temperature of 85-110 deg.C and other additives to obtain an unsaturated polyester resin composition.
