PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify an expanding direction of a side air bag out of a seat back. SOLUTION: Paired flexible members 44 and 45 are disposed at positions which hold the side air bag 12 from the inner and outer sides. In a position where relative connection is made between front ends, with exception of a range of length in the vertical direction, which is required for the side air bag to be expanded, the connection of the front and rear ends of the paired flexible members 44 and 45 with a trim cover 28 respectively, allows a range of an area capable of being released to be defined as a projected port 48 lined up at the seaming portion 42 of the front end of the gusset part 28-1 of the trim cover and the side end of the main part 28-2.
