摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld metal after welding of the high temperature strength equivalent to or higher than that of the existing welding material for 9Cr steel, and to dispense with the stress-relieving and annealing heat treatment (post-treatment) after welding. SOLUTION: The welding material has the composition consisting of, by weight, 0.04-0.06% C, 0.1-0.3% Si, 0.1-0.3% Mn, 0.002-0.025% P, 0.001-0.015% S, 7.5-9.5% Cr, 0.01-0.5% Ni, 0.1-0.3% Mo, 0.01-0.5% V, 0.1-2% W, 0.01-0.2% Nb, 0.03-0.5% Re, 0.003-0.05% Al, 0.0001-0.01% B, 0.003-0.03% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. In addition, the inequalities Mo/3+W/2+Re>=0.5%, and C+Cr/20+Mo/15+V/10+W/7+Re/3+5×B<=0.8% are satisfied, and the post-treatment is dispensed with.
