In this case, a mud surface height detection sensor S3 for detecting the displacement of a mud surface height to the seedling planting device is equipped at the fixed part of the seedling planting device and a target angle correction means 20D for correcting the target angleθo of the grading float 16 based on the detected value from the mud surface height detection sensor S3 is equipped.
