PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a burglary of articles displayed in a showcase and, at the same time, to restrain an employee from taking part in the burglary of the articles. SOLUTION: An ID tag 25 having an ID number recorded therein is held by an employee. An antenna 7 for receiving the ID number is provided to the showcase 1. A locking device for locking an automatic lock 5 when a door 3 is closed. As long as an antenna number received by the antenna 7 does not coincide with the ID number registered in a registration section 15, the automatic lock 5 can not be unlocked. Time when the door 3 is opened and the ID number received by the antenna 7 directly before the time are recorded in the recording section 19. By the constitution, locking is surely made to prevent a burglary from an outsider. By keeping opening and closing records, the burglary by the employee is prevented. |
