PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately resect a minimum necessity of an organ area including a lesion part to be resected by a simple operation by a method wherein in a sheath, an organ lifting utensil and an organ perforating utensil which perforates the wall part of an organ and makes the sheath go through the wall part of the organ, are arranged, and an approaching is performed from the inside of the organ. SOLUTION: At the base end of a sheath 2 of a lifting device 1, an operating part 4 is provided, and the sheath 2 is formed of an electrical insulating flexible tube and a mouth part 5 at the leading end is formed in a manner to have smaller internal and external diameters than other parts, and an organ lifting utensil 6 and an organ perforating utensil 7 are housed in the sheath 2. A rod 8 of the organ lifting utensil 6 is formed of a thin bar-shaped body, and at an intermediate part in the longitudinal direction of the rod 8, a hole to pass a thread 9 is formed. Also, for the organ perforating utensil 7, a bar-shaped electrode 12 is attached to the leading end of a conductive operation wire 11, and an operation wire 11a of a thinner diameter is connected to the leading end of an operation wire 11b of a thicker diameter with a connecting tube 13, and a pusher which pushes out the organ lifting utensil 6 from the mouth part 5 of the sheath 2, is constituted of a stepped end of the connected part. |
