<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge the mistaken detection of the magnetism without using the polarity of a magnetic generator, and to correctly transmit much information to a vehicle side by detecting the installation intervals of the magnetic generators from the vehicle side, and controlling the travel of the vehicle with the detected installation intervals as the information transmission medium when the detected results are judged to be correct. SOLUTION: The intervals between a plurality of magnetic nails 5 to be continuously installed on the road side are set to be one of the predetermined n-kinds of distances dk, and the intervals of the magnetic nails 5 before and behind are the information transmission media. A judging means 35 judges acceptance/rejection of the detected results by an interval detecting means 34. A travel control means 36 controls the velocity and acceleration of a vehicle based on the information of the vehicle speed, and acceleration and deceleration.
