<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an electric isolation which maintains the safety of a patient simultaneously by dispensing with mounting a separate airtight means on a connection part between an electronic endoscope and an external devices in washing and disinfection. SOLUTION: In a structure which is equipped with an electronic endoscope 10 having a CCD 23 and a light source 18 while being connected by a connector at least to a light source unit 14 for controlling the outputting of an image signal, a transmission of a signal between both parts at a connector part is performed by optical elements 30, 32, 33, 35, 37 and 38 while a supply of power to the electronic endoscope 10 from the light source unit 14 is performed by a space electromagnetic coupling means 43 and 44. Within the electronic endoscope 10, an output signal of the CCD 23 is inputted to form a video signal almost completed as monitor output video signal is formed by a DSP 25.</p> |
