<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulator cover mounting tool by which an insulating cover can be rapidly mounted on the straight connection or branching part of a high-tension distribution line. SOLUTION: A left-hand thread and a right-hand thread are cut in the front and rear halves of B tool shaft 1, respectively, and screw parts are threaded into the front and rear halves of the tool shaft 1; moving metal fittings 2, 2' are attached in place by the rotation of the tool shaft 1, one end of each clamp lever 3, 3' is rotatably attached to each metal fitting 2, 2', the upper side of a frame 4 to which a center portion is rotatably connected is rotatably attached to the other end of each clamp lever 3, 3', and a clamping arm 6 provided with a claw 5 for hooking and enlarging an insulating cover 11 and a pressing tool 7 for fastening and retaining the hook of the insulating cover are mounted at the lower end of the frame 4. If necessary, either a sucking board 8 or a double-sided fastener 9 may be attached to the clamping arm 6 in place of the claw 5.</p> |
