<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, light-weighted vacuum heat insulating material with high performance and no fluorocarbon contained, which is not affected by heat leakage by covering an open cell urethane foam by means of a film made of metal foil and thermodepositing plastic laminate film together with getter agent, reducing the inner pressure, and theremodepositing the film for sealing. SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulating material is prepared by wrapping a core member 3 made of water foaming open cell hard urethane foam and a getter member 4 made of synthetic zeolite, activated carbon and the like by means of a surrounding means made of aliminum foil and thermo-depositing plastic laminate film 2, exhausting the inside air, and sealing by means of a heat seal. The surrounding means is a film composed of a polyethyrene terephthalate film 6, aluminum foil 7 and a high density polyethylene film 8. Strip-like portions are formed by eliminating aluminum portions from both ends by widths of 20mm. The ends are superposed on each other while dislocating by 90 degrees so as not to superpose the strip-like portions. Heat sealing is performed on its periphery by width of 10mm to obtain a bag-like form.</p> |
