<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reliable cut-off ability, in a cut-off coupling for a thrust pipe suitable for a pipe jacking method, especially a pipe jacking method containing curved thrust. SOLUTION: A cylindrical collar 2 having the same diameter as that of a pipe outer shell is fixed on the outer surface of the rear end part of a first thrust pipe 1 in a manner to protrude rearward by a specified length. First and second differences in level 4 and 5 are formed, in order, from a front in the outer surface of the front end part of a second thrust pipe 3 by length conforming to the protrusion length of the collar 2 of the first pipe. An annular standard seal material 6 is mounted at least in one spot on the outer peripheral surface of the first difference in level 4 and an annular water expansion material 7 is mounted at least in one spot on the outer peripheral surface of the second difference in level 5.</p> |
