PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uniform the thickness even if a container has a complicated shape and prevent burrs of multiple layers and obtain a sufficient burrier characteristic. SOLUTION: A fuel tank of a resin container is provided with barrier films 21, 23 with a polyamide or ethylene vinylalcohol copolymer at the inside face of half-split bodies 17, 19 made of polyethylene. The films 21, 23 is formed to have a product form through the vacuum forming and the half-split bodies 17, 19 is shaped through the injection forming in the condition that the vacuum- formed films are set in the injection forming metal mold. Respective half-split bodies 17, 19 provided with the film 21, 23 are arranged to butt each other and welded together. |
