PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling joint structure capable of setting up flush-mounted apparatuses and so forth at an arbitrary position and maintaining favorably the productivity of a building unit. SOLUTION: A plurality of brackets 20 are provided so as to mount a furring strip 30 on each of ceiling beams 80 on the longer side of a building unit 16. At least one furring strip 30 is thinned out from these brackets 20. It is, therefor, possible to set up an apparatus at an arbitrary position in the furring strip without its interference by thinning out the furring strip 30 in uniformity with the set up position of the apparatus. Moreover, since the bracket 20 is always provided on a ceiling beam 82 even when any furring strip 30 at any position is thinned out, the specification for the ceiling beam 20 is identical to that of the other building unit. This construction makes it possible to maintain the productivity of the building unit 10 by standardizing a member. |
