PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a mutual joint strength between two resin moldings after making the manufacturing and maintenance services of a resin forming mold easy. SOLUTION: Two resin moldings 1, 3 are the two split parts of a container such as an automotive fuel tank, and lip parts 13, 15 formed by gradually changing a gap between mutual joint end parts into a tapered shape, are formed on the mutual joint parts. A molten resin 27 finds its way into a gap between the lip parts 13, 15 by supplying the resin 27 for formings into the gap between flange parts 9, 11 from an A side which serves as the outside of the container by injection molding process. Thus the resin moldings 1, 3 are mutually welded and joined together. In addition, dam parts 19, 21 are formed through a space 17 on a B side, which serves as the inside of the container, of the lip parts 13, 15. Consequently, the molten resin flowing out of the gap between the lip parts 13, 15 is prevented from leaking into the container. |
