PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify working by providing a central ventilation passage communicating with an outside space, allowing the central ventilation passage and each room to communicate through a passage above-ceiling space, and disposing air conditioning piping, electric wiring and the like in the passage ceiling space. SOLUTION: A central ventilation passage 2 extending from the lower floor to the upper floor is provided on the wall face 1a of a dwelling house 1, and the end of the central ventilation passage 2 is opened for the outside space 3. An upper passage above-ceiling space 6 communicates though a communicating hole 8 provided in the partition wall 7 of each room R, and also communicates with the central ventilation passage 2 through a communicating hole 9. Next, a solar system 15 composed of a flat plate heat collection machine 17 on a roof 16 and a heat accumulator 18 set in parallel to an outdoor machine 4 in the lower space of the central ventilation passage 2 is provided. Hot water in the heat accumulator 18 is supplied to a hot wind machine of the outdoor machine 4, a bathtub and the like. Thus, the passage above ceiling space is effectively utilized to collect various pippin, and remarkable simplification of execution work can be contrived. |
