PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject percutaneous absorbefacient promoting percutaneous absorption of pharmacological agent low in stimulation to skin by using a specific terpene derivatives. SOLUTION: This percutaneous absorbefacient consists of the compounds expressed in R1 -O-R2 [R1 is a terpene residue; R2 is an acyl, an alkyl, a (substituted)phenyl, a (substituted)phenylalkyl, naphythyl, a glucid residue, a heterocyclic residue of the formula (Y1 -Y4 are each is C, N which is capable of having H; n is 1-4), etc.], preferably, thymol, 1,8-cineole, α-terpineol, etc. The prescribed compound, for example, is obtained by carrying out an acylation of a terpene such as menthol, etc., and acylchloride under the presence of a base, and the objective absorbefacient is preferably used as a composition containing it in amount of 0.01-30wt.%. |
