PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adsorption or leakage of perfume of content or drug action component or transfer of off-taste or off-odor to the content by providing a thermal adhesive resin layer on a thermal adhesive part forming area of a vapor deposited layer surface of a plastic film, and thermally adhering with the resin layer. SOLUTION: A thermal adhesive resin layer 5 is formed directly on a thermal adhesive part forming area on a surface of a vapor deposited layer 4 of a vapor deposited plastic film 2 of an inorganic material made of a plastic film 3 having the layer 4 of inorganic material, and thermally adhered by the layer 5. The surface in contact with a content 9 is only a surface of the layer 4 of the inorganic material. And, a print layer 8 is provided on a surface of the film 3 of the inorganic material. The layer 4 uses aluminum, silicon oxide, or aluminum oxide. Its thickness is preferably, for example, 200 to 800Åfrom the relationship between a cost and an effect. The resin suitably uses urethane resin, vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin, or the other.
