<p>The invention is a sectioning machine (1) that is provided with a pair of main shelves (5, 10) to hold a package or a group (2; 4') of stacked panels (3; 4), relating to the device (6, 11) for transferring the packages (2; 4'). It is used to move the shelves (5, 10) according to the determined direction (F; F1) perpendicular to each other and at least on cutting device (7; 12) associated with the shelf (5, 10). It is used to divide the package (2; 4') into multiple under-panels (4; 4'') of a smaller size. Next to the main shelf (5) there is a pre-cutting device (22) that includes another partial support shelf (23) for the package (2) of panels (3) and another transfer device (24) used to move the package (2) to take it from the main shelf (5) to the other shelf (23) and visa versa according to the direction (F2) determined parallel to the forward direction (F1) to the other shelf (10). The pre-cutting device (22) includes another cutting device (25) used to section the package (2) of the panels (3) according to the direction perpendicular (F) of the other determined direction (F2).
