PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a roller for a printing device being light weight and having ink adhesion resistant surface characteristics by forming a surface layer capable of being in close contact with a metalized film on a fiber reinforced resin roller of a transfer roller or the like in various kinds of printing devices. SOLUTION: The foundation roller 1 surface made of fiber reinforced resin is formed by the turns with a resin ceramics mixed layer 2 being a metalized film close adhesion film, a low heat input thermal spray Ni alloy layer 3, and a thermal spray cermet layer 4 of a carbide and metal layer consisting mainly of chrome carbide, or a carbide, oxide, and a metal layer, and a finished pore sealing treatment 5 of seaction-retardant resin is given on these layers, thereby forming a roller having ink adhesion free superficial characteristics. The film 2 is formed by spray coating oxide ceramics fine powder such as alumina and/or a suspension epoxy adhesive of hard plastics fine powder. Also, polymer alloy resin is employed for nonreactinary resin. |
