PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propeller fan capable of reducing a noise without any drop in air volume by forming a blade front so as to have specific three- dimensional coordinate curvature, regarding a propeller fan formed out of five blades radially arranged. SOLUTION: A propeller fan 1 used for the outdoor unit or the like of an air conditioner is molded out of synthetic resin, and formed to have five blades 3 radially arranged around a rotating shaft part 2. In this case, the front of the blades 3 of the propeller fan 1 is made to have a specific three-dimensional coordinate curvature. Namely, lines dividing a range of 130 mm to -60mm at 10mm intervals along the X-axis direction are drawn. and lines dividing the range of 50mm to 180mm at 10mm intervals are drawn along the Y-axis direction respectively for the blades 3 of the propeller fan 1. In addition, the blades 3 are formed so that the Z-axis ordinates show specific value at each intersection, when the intersections of the lines parallel to the X-axis within the X-ordinate range of 130mm to -60mm and within the Y-ordinate range of 50mm to 180mm, and the lines parallel to the Y-axis are respectively measured with a height gauge. |
