摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid poor injection due to shortage of a charge time of a booster circuit by controlling fuel injection of an injector to change over the first term injection and the second term injection, and when injection is changed from the second term injection to the first term injection, performing the first term injection to the succeeding combustion cylinder simultaneously with the second term injection to the present combustion cylinder. SOLUTION: When an injector driving unit 2 is controlled by a control part 21 according to engine speed, load condition, and the like, for changing from the second term injection to the first term injection, after injection by the injector 9 of #1 cylinder at compression stroke, injection by the injector 9 of the succeeding #3 cylinder at similar compression stroke and injection by the injector 9 of #4 cylinder at intake stroke are simultaneously carried out. Namely the injection timing of the injector 9 ofξ4 cylinder at the first term injection is a little shifted at this changeover control, so as to inject simultaneously with #3 cylinder at compression stroke, and hence it can be changed from the second term injection to the first term injection by a single booster circuit 4, without putting the injection order fromξ1 toξ3 and further to #4 into disorder.
