PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet capable of producing effectively a molded product to be decorated which has an excellent coated feeling and is free from cracking of a paint film. SOLUTION: A base material 2 having a release property, a separation layer 3, a transparent layer 4, a pattern layer 7, and an adhesive layer 8 are provided in this order. A transfer sheet 1 is obtained wherein the transparent layer 4 is composed of a first transparent layer in which an average particle size arranged to the separation layer 3 side becomes 1-5μm, a binder resin 9 is contained, and its refractive index is larger than that of the separation layer; and a second transparent layer wherein a transparent particle 12 is contained so that an average particle size becomes 5 to 20μm, binder resin 10 is contained, and its refractive index is larger than that of the first transparent layer.
