Further, the thin sheet of the metallic material, such as titanium, having no harmfulness to the human body, provided with the many pores is laminated and fixed by etching, etc., on the other sections of the member AH1, by which the acetabular roof porous body AH6 formed with the many three-dimensionally open pores is formed. A femur stem porous body AH7 is formed by vacuum heating at the other end of the member AH2. As a result, the infiltration of the worn powder, etc., of the high-density polyethylene to the member surface and the loosening of the member are prevented and the long-term stable prosthesis of the bone is achieved.
