PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain strong flexural strength, compressive strength, and torsional strength by applying initial stress distributed uniformly in the plane of a guide rail by the close engagement of a relatively light cured material part with the fringe part of an opening with the guide rail free from a load. SOLUTION: In order to give strong torsional rigidity to a steel plate 4 or a guide rail, the opening is filled with a relatively light material, especially a synthetic resin. The material approximately 0.5-1% or more in coefficient of contraction is cast or injected into the opening until it is filled completely. Since a synthetic resin part 19 is inserted into the undercut of 12 of an opening fringe part shape-supplementarily in the plane of a substrate 4, the tension applied by the contraction of the resin during curing is transmitted surely to the steel plate 4. |
