FABRIC FOR NON-RETURNABLE PROTECTIVE CLOTHES AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fabric used in sewing non-returnable protective clothes, excellent in water resistance and dust-blocking property and having good touch feeling and excellent wear feeling. SOLUTION: This fabric for non returnable protective clothes is obtained by laminating and joining a synthetic resin film 1 to a nonwoven fabric 2. The synthetic resin film 1 has many pores with 3-0.5μm maximum pore. Calcium carbonate fine powder is preferably mixed in the synthetic resin film 1. A material consisting essentially of a cellulosic fiber is preferably used as the nonwoven fabric 2. The synthetic resin film and the nonwoven fabric are joined in many point bonding areas. In the nonwoven fabric, many crepes 3 are formed over the whole. The fabric is sewn in a prescribed form to provide non-returnable protective clothes.
