PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily crush a clod and dispose of it by providing a tooth to crush the clod at the time of rotating both of axes of rotation inward and a sharp spearing blade to spear and crush the concretion at the time of rotating both of the axes of rotation outward. SOLUTION: A pair of left and right axes of rotation 4, 5 is supported in a bucket 1, the axes of rotation 4, 5 are communicated to a hydraulic motor and they are respectively rotated in the opposite direction to each other. Thereafter, a plural number of crushing tooth plates 12, 13 are respectively fastened on the axes of rotation 4, 5, a square tooth 16 is provided on one side end of a crushing tooth 14 of the crushing tooth plates 12, 13, and a sharp spearing blade 17 is provided on the other end side. Thereafter, when the axes of rotation 4, 5 are rotated inward each other, a concrete mass K is crushed by the square teeth 16, 16 of the crushing tooth plates 12, 13, finely crushed and discharged outside by a dropping port. When the axes of rotation 4, 5 are rotated outward, the large concrete mass K hits an outer peripheral surface of the bucket 1, it is speared and crushed by the sharp spearing blade 17, the fine concrete mass K is guided between the crushing tooth plates 12, 13 and crushed by the sharp spearing blade 17.
