PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a laminate which is excellent in flame-retardant property while processability and light weighted properties are provided by a method wherein a metal sheet is respectively bonded by laminating onto both sides of a core material sheet containing an inorganic filler selected from calcium carbonate and thermoplastic elastomer in polyolefin by each specific wt.%. SOLUTION: A metallic sheet is bonded by laminating onto both sides of a core material sheet containing 10-50wt.% of not less than one kind of inorganic fillers selected from calcium carbonate, silica, mica, talc, and glass, and 5-20wt.% of thermoplastic elastomer in polyolefin, and a laminate is formed. Therefore, in a fire, disaster preventive performance and fire-resistant performance are provided on the surface layer by contribution of the metal sheet. In the core sheet, molten resin is prevented from flowing out by contribution of the inorganic filler and the thermoplastic elastomer, and the spread of a fire is restrained. Further, sufficient fire-resistant performances are added while an additive amount of the inorganic filler is controlled to a comparatively small amount owing to effects of the thermoplastic elastomer. |
