Procedure for manufacturing an electric cell for radio transmitters and cell obtained with this, in which a first operation takes in a plurality of 1.5 volt nominal, alkaline, sealed, unit cell elements 1, which are manufactured separately in a standard configuration, but modified so that the said unit elements 1 have a completely flat positive pole 1a coinciding with the base of the container cell 1c; in a second operation modular groups are formed for supplying the preset nominal voltage, consisting of parallel/series-connected unit elements 1; in a third operation, a laminar container 2 is created, with flat walls, obtained by folding a flat stamping 3 and once folded into container form has a window 3c, 3d for the appropriate electrical connector; in a fourth operation, the modular grouping is accommodated inside the flat laminar container 2 and the interstices are filled with an immobilizing, insulating and water-resistant mass 5, creating a cell of special configuration. <IMAGE> |
