The convex surface (9) extends at an acute angle to the concave surface (8). The concave surface is formed as the bottom in a recess in a first side of a flat body, preferably by milling. The convex surface is formed, e.g. by lathe working, so that it extends from the opposite plain side of the body forwards to the edge (7). |
