PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically replace various types of nozzle sections by collecting a nozzle section mounted to a movable head in to a collecting section, followed by mounting a replacing nozzle section loaded on a conveying body to the movable section, and further followed by conveying this conveying body out of a positioning section. CONSTITUTION:A movable head 1 comes at above a hole section 11 of collecting section A and moves down. Nozzle 8a is fitted in to the hole section 11, and further a thrusting section 26 is thrusted onto the upper surface of a receiving section 12 to open coupling pallets 24, thereby separating a pallet section 27 from a coupling section 8b and collecting the nozzle section 8. Next, the movable head 1 comes at above the replacing nozzle section 8 that is attached to a hole section 13 in a distributing section B and moves down. Then, the tapered lower surface 27a of pallet section 27 touches a shoulder portion of coupling section 8b to force to open the coupling section 8b and the pallet section 27 is fitted to the coupling section 8b. Thus, when a new nozzle section 8 is mounted to the movable head l, the movable head 1 moves up to a waiting position and the conveying body 10 is conveyed out of a positioning section 5 by a conveyor 9. |
