<p>A surfactant composition which is free from the danger of ignition or the problem of odor, contains an additive having no fear of being solidified in winter, and permits a low-viscosity aqueous solution to be easily prepared therefrom. The composition comprises the following compound (1): A-[(EO)x-(PO)y-(EO)s'-H]n and a surfactant wherein A represents a residue formed by removing all active hydrogen atoms from a compound having n active hydrogen atoms; n is a number of 2 to 4; EO represents an oxyethylene group; PO represents an oxypropylene group; x and x' are a number of 1 or more; and y is a number of 0.5 to 6, provided that (EO)x, (PO)y, and (EO)x' are bonded in a block form in that order.</p> |
