摘要 The invention concerns an energy converting circuit, boosting the voltage supplied by a low direct voltage source (1), comprising a self-oscillating circuit, operating at very low voltage, using a voltage boosting transformer (3, 4, 6, 6', 7) generating the control signals of two chopper-boosters (11-14) operating alternately, comprising an enhancement-type field effect transistor (11, 12) used in synchronous switching with the self-oscillating circuit, which is in serial connection with an inductive resistor (13, 14) to the terminals of said source (1) and which is connected to a user circuit via a diode (15, 16). The invention also concerns a device for supplying electricity to appliances using such a supply device. The invention further concerns the production of thermal converters for the utilisation of low-voltage thermoelectricity, and a method for the manufacture of thermal converters on an industrial scale.
