A highly efficient and highly reliable converter transformer which is used for a switching power source incorporated in various kinds of electronic equipment and has a small size, a light weight, an excellent characteristic for noise cancellation, a high degree of coupling coefficient for an excellent output voltage and a characteristic for suppressing temperature rise. The converter transformer is constituted of an inner coil bobbin (28) with winding grooves (30a, 30b and 30c) and an outer coil bobbin (29) with grooves (30d, 30e and 30f), in which primary windings (21 and 22) and secondary windings (23, 24, 25, 26 and 27) are wound. The primary winding is divided into three portions (21a, 21b and 21c) in the winding grooves (30b, 30d and 30f), respectively. The secondary windings (23 and 24) for supplying electric power to a main output load around the bobbins (28 and 29) by respectively putting the windings (23a and 23b) in the grooves (30a and 30e) as windings (24a and 24b). The secondary windings (25, 26 and 27) for supplying electric power to an auxiliary output load around the bobbins (28 and 29) by putting the windings (25, 26 and 27) in the groove (30c). The primary auxiliary winding (22) is wound around the groove (30b) in which the portional winding (21a) of the primary winding is put and respectively connecting the portional windings (21a, 21b and 21c) and the windings (24a and 24b) in parallel with each other, and then, incorporating a magnetic core (31) made of a ferrite core.
