<p>A cell controller (11) picks up, before a processing starts, a unit processing schedule (13) to be referred to when processing a specified product from processing schedules which includes such data items as an identification number of a processing program and the presence of it, the number of products to be processed, and the existence of procedures such as a replacement of a die. The controller analyzes them to estimate beforehand whether such accidents as to drive the line to stoppage during processing or before processing that, for example, a processing program is not prepared, there is a shortage of works to be processed, and a die should be replaced, may occur or not and notifies the operator of a judgement result.</p> |
