The water is finely distributed in extremely small particles. Water, compressed air and a nozzle are used to achieve a cold ''steam''. The nozzle produces the ''steam'' at the bottom of an upright vessel. With the aid of a fan, an excess pressure is created which presses up the steam in a standing pipe, further into a steam distributor, which distributes it over the counter or stall. - When the ''steam'' passes the channels, condensation water is always formed, which must be handled. For this, the bottom of the steam distributor is conical towards the centre and raised edges at the outlet hole prevent condensation water dropping down over the counter or stall. Instead, the water is conducted backwards to the pipe from which the ''steam'' originally came. |
