The universal shaft has an upper shaft (10) which is connected to the steering column at one end. Its other end has an upper angled surface (12) at a preset angle. There is also a lower shaft (20), with one end connected to a transmission shaft and with a lower angled surface (22) at its other end, at the same angle as that of the upper shaft. An impact absorption shell (30) supports both shafts to keep them in line, with the two angled surfaces parallel to each other. A fixing device (40) fixes the impact absorption shell to both shafts. |
