FIELD: method of continuous forming of long composite structural shapes. SUBSTANCE: first a pack of unidirectional band or fabric is produced, then material is heated for softening of resin, then it is pulled through a set of rolls, and then through conjugate metal female die and quickly reciprocating male die, which makes it possible to accomplish forming of final configuration or shape. As material is being pulled through area of conjugate metal female die and male die, it gets cooled down due to heat abstraction from female die or male die, so that when part comes out of area of female die or male die it is sufficiently cooled to preserve desired configuration or shape.
