FIELD: oil-and-gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this shut-off valve ensures tight closing of well bore-hole at carrying out repair operations. Device has body with locking unit secured in it. Locking unit is made up of two disks having coaxial holes. Disks can be turned relative to each other for isolation of aforesaid holes. Locking unit is provided with control mechanism.
