Memory component with base platelet and several types of applied unit platelets

The component has second unit platelet which carries numerous semiconductor memories of second generation and coupling terminals to the base platelet. The latter comprises two types of coupling terminals for coacting with those of the two unit platelets respectively. The base platelet has two regions for locating the two unit platelets, the first region overlapping the second one. All first and second base platelet terminals are fitted in two parallel rows, with the second terminal row outside the first one. Under each unit platelet common first and second terminals are interconnected on the base platelet.
