The aim is to develop an electrode electrolyzer capable of operating in slope sensors in a wide range of temperatures. Moreover, the electrolytic system must be characterized by a stable conductivity at a high temperature and by a low toxicity. It has been discovered that slope sensors can be installed in a system containing a Nal solution in propylene carbonate, combined with Pt electrodes.
