The arrangement includes a biconcave hollow body (1) which is provided in the inner with two or more materials which shield magnetic field components. The hollow body is located between the antenna (4) of the transmitter and the user. Additionally, the arrangement includes a biconcave solid body at whose outer surfaces materials are attached for shielding magnetic field components. Preferably the arrangement is directly and stationary integrated in the transmission apparatus and if necessary can be pulled out together with the antenna. The shielding arrangement is connected to an adapter.
