FIELD: antenna engineering. SUBSTANCE: reflector designed for use in comprehensive frequency band from short waves to microwaves is made in the form of two passive folded dipoles coaxially spaced apart; shifting these dipoles from active radiator surface and arranging them symmetrically to the latter at certain distance enables backscattered radiation to be obtained in frequency range of lambda<SB>max</SB>/lambda<SB>min</SB>= 1,5-1,7..
